Return Shipping Fee
- If it’s 24KaratGlam fault (wrong color or wrong size or wrong products). We will pay the return shipping fee. No Risk completely
- If It’s not 24KaratGlam fault, the buyer should pay the return shipping fee.
- If the return package was paid tariff/duty, the buyer should pay the tariff/duty. Thank you for your understanding
Refund or exchanges
If product(s) damaged via courier, then immediately report to the courier company and notify us too.
We’ll gladly exchange unused creams, lotions and oils. For your safety and hygiene reason: no refund or exchanges on lingerie and all under garments are final sale. No refunds or credits. We do inspect each item (size, colour, condition/damage) before we ship and only we ship perfect conditions.
